George Streeter (while a clerk at his fathers store in Keene, NH) started Streeters Treasure Hunting Supply in 1973 in his dad's grocery store. In 1975, Streeters became a dealer for White's Metal Detectors and changed it's name to Streeter Electronics. White's is our number one brand and we stock all the White's models of metal detector and most accessories. George has many years experience with White's metal detectors and personally uses a White's XLT.

Streeters also rent hobby, security, industrial  underwater metal detectors and we stock a large assortment of gold pans sluices and Keene Proline Gold prospecting supplies. George Streeter is the founder, publisher editor of the Treasure Hunter's Gazette newspaper,(only treasure hunting newspaper in USA), founder of the Professional Treasure Hunters Historical Society (est. 1992) and founder of the annual Best O' Northeast (BONE) Treasure Hunters Weekend and Hobby Show. The BONE 15th Hobby Show is April 19, 2008. 9:am to 4:pm, at the Keene Recreation Center, 512 Washington St., Keene, NH. George truly enjoy treasure hunting he is always willing to share product BONE news, and stories about Caribbean treasure hunting adventures.
