Hello,
My name is Dottie, All I can say is thanks you Whites for my XLT. I was out hunting for the last two days and had a great few days between the rain drops and the 90 degree heat. The first sound I hit was a great tone and VDI number of 91 at 8.5 inches deep. I took right to the dirt and my hubby was looking as he was also detecting with his XLT. He called to me and said he found a few wheaties. You know what that means...Silver to us that detect. I was still digging and stopped and looked. Flipped the dirt and out popped a walking liberty 1941. Three feet away a hit of 90 at 4 inches deep. I dug out another 1941 walking liberty. After that I was ready to go home. How could a day get any better? I look over to an old close line and started working my way over. I had a sound and a hit of VDI of 19. I new it would be a nickel. Just not a Indian head 1923, and another liberty. The next day I found a few tokens. One was a heart stopper, fools gold coin I called it. I found other old relics from an 1865 hotel that was torn down. White's, thanks for my XLT what a great detector. Thanks again! Dottie M. |
