Dear White’s,

A couple years back I happened to watch a White’s television advertisement. The one everyone has had the pleasure of seeing at least once…where the gentleman is swinging his detector along side of a lake then reveals an incredible diamond ring he found then gave to his wife. (You know the one!) Well if they were attempting to get my attention, White’s did it!! Since that day the prospect of pulling something valuable from the ground has appealed to me.

In March of this year I purchased my first detector: a White’s Prizm IV! I’ve been hunting schoolyards, home sites, sports fields, and parks ever since. Here are my totals: roughly $200.00 in coin, several buckles and musket balls, an 18 inch silver necklace, two silver rings, a silver studded earring, a sterling spoon, five silver coins, a 1886 Indian head penny, about thirty wheat pennies and an awesome Tempo Tsuho Japanese coin that was struck between 1835-1870. I’ve enjoyed my new hobby so much that I recently upgraded to a White’s M6!

My real reason in taking the time to write this message is to thank you, White’s, for manufacturing the best metal detectors on the market for extremely reasonable prices. I’m hooked on this hobby for life!
