Dear White’s,

My first trip to the beach with my DFX and Super 12 was fantastic. Not only did this combo pick up coins 7 to 8 inches deep in wet sand but the icons were 95% accurate. As you can see from the photo, I picked up three rings, a bunch of coins, a brass shark key ring, a rusty old pen knife and watch a couple of pins and a skull pendant. Also, some lead from an offshore wreck.

With all of those hits, the highlight of my trip was helping someone find his lost platinum wedding band. He saw me detecting, came running over to tell me he had been playing catch with his son at the edge of the surf and his ring came flying off his finger. Within ten minutes we had his ring back. It was already 4 inches deep in the sand. His wife was ecstatic. Could it be that White's saved a marriage? Can't wait to get out again!
