Hi White’s,

I had about an hour to hunt so I picked a spot just outside of town where there was an old train stop. I knew there was a lot of trash so I hunted the edge, 10 minutes into the hunt I got a signal on my V3 that said Foil/Ring but the graph bars were all in a line. And it triggered all three bars equally the same.

I have had this reading before and the target was a thin gold chain. So I dug a big plug at about 5 to 6 inches deep, and popped it out. There was a spider living in the dirt and there was webbing everywhere. I looked in the hole and saw what I thought was dew on some webbing.

As my eyes focused on it I could see diamonds, lots of them. I have never hyperventilated when finding a target, but this was different. When I took it out of the hole to look at it, I was amazed at how beautiful it was. 17 years of hunting and I have never had such a find as this.

I was shaking with delight the V3 nailed it, what an awesome machine. It said gold and it was. Now I get to go back and re-hunt all my old favorite places.
