When I realized that my detector was not working when I was on vacation in Minnesota I decided to stop at your factory on my way home. My detector is not new and the warranty has expired. I was afraid my old friend had expired too. When you looked at my Spectrum XLT and asked if you could keep it over night I was thinking it was beyond repair.

Much to my surprise the next morning when I called I was told it was all fixed and ready to go. The best part was there was no charge. I went out to a park I hadn’t been to in a couple of months, the attached picture shows my finds for about two hours, minus the junk that went into the trash can.

Fifty quarters, fifteen nickels, fourteen dimes, seventy-four pennies, a turquoise ring, two knives, a cell phone (it has been returned to its owner), and a few misc. items. After the prompt and courteous service I received, I’m glad to say my detector is working as good as new. Thank you White’s, I wouldn’t own any other brand of detector. Also, one of my detecting partners just purchased a new DFX after I told him about your after purchase service.
