First I want to thank you for providing quality detectors and from what I hear from a lot of fellow detectors... excellent customer service. I purchased a White's Prizm III almost a year ago. I had metal detected back when I was a kid and got the bug again last summer and bought the White's Prizm III and am glad I did!!!! I have found over $100.00 in clad, over 30 rings, both gold and silver, more than a hundred Indian head pennies, old silver and copper coins, both American and foreign and tons of relics and other jewelry. Of all my finds though, 4 are by far my favorite and most pleasing finds..3 were military medals and one was a gold ring. What made these my favorite finds is that I was able to return them to the owners very grateful relatives. The first two, one an 8th infantry regiment pin, the other an Army of Occupation, Japan medal were found in the front yard of a friends house, both were about 10 ft apart, the first being down about 8 inches, the other down about 6 inches. These were returned to the daughter, her father having served in the Army in WWII. The next medal was also from WWII and was found down about 2 inches..a Navy good conduct medal, this I returned to the son whose father had served in the Navy in WWII. My other favorite find was a 10K gold ring with the initial "R" in it. I found it down about 7 inches at an 1800s house and after contacting the owners and researching who rented the place I was unable to find out anything about it. I knew a friends brother worked there and asked him if his brother had a ring like that, he was unsure but another friend said he knew he did and that he lost it at the house I found it at (he didn't know I had found it), thus I was able to return it to the brother. All the original owners of these items have since passed away so the items meant a lot to the family members I was able to return them to and that to me is the best reward of metal detecting... not finding an item worth big money (not that I'd complain about those), but finding and returning an item that you can't put a price tag on. That to me is enjoying the White's experience to the fullest.

Thank you White's!!!
Bill from Maine

P.S. I also have found with my Prizm III a 14K 1940 class ring and a sterling silver wedding band from 1884 I hope to get returned to family members.
