MXT comes through again!

I purchased my MXT about 2 years ago to replace an older detector that no longer works. I frequent a lot of schools and parks especially the areas around sand volleyball courts. The weather in Texas had gotten colder after Christmas and I was unable to get out until just recently. Our weather changes at the drop of a hat so when the warmer weather returns I make every effort to get out when I can.

On one recent warm day I decided to hit a local park which has 3 giant sand volleyball courts. It appeared that there had been some recent activity over the previous weekend so I decided to take some time and work the area slowly. I always go slowly and hit all the areas. You never know what is down there. After spending almost 2 hours covering the entire area I came away with $3.50 in clad, tons of bottle caps and pull tabs and this lovely necklace. After getting it checked its 18K gold and weights just under 30 grams. It measured a solid 22 VDI on my meter. I'll be watching the weather for another warm day. Thanks to Whites for an outstanding machine that delivers again.
