White's,

I wanted to write to you about an old house yard that I hunted with my M6. I got permission to hunt this old yard that always looked like it would be an awesome spot to metal detect. The house was built in the 1890s by fairly well to do people for that time. Well, my first time there was an unforgettable day for me!!

I started off by finding a Mercury dime... then I found a depression in the yard, this was where I figured must have stood an old tree at one time. Judging from what I found around it, I would say a tree swing had been there. In about a half an hour I dug 3 Indian head pennies, a V nickel, 12 wheats, ( one was a 1909 VDB), 4 Barber dimes, all from around that tree!!!

Also, I found 3 silver Rosie dimes that day there....I was having so much fun that I hated to leave there!!!! On my return trip, I found a silver Washington Qtr, an 1854 Seated Qtr. and one more Barber dime!! A total of 12 silver coins came out of this yard!!!!! I owe a big Thank you to White's for making the M6 such a coin hog!!!!!! It hits so hard on silver coins, its unreal!!!!!!!!! This was a hunt that I will never forget!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks again, Whites!!!
