Dear White’s,

I would like to start by saying that White’s Electronics makes the greatest metal detectors in the world.

I started detecting about three years ago after receiving a metal detector for Christmas that my wife had purchased on line from White’s Electronics. It is a Prizm III, after using it for about three to four months I decided that it was time to move up to a better model. So while searching your website and researching all the different machines I decided on the MXT model.

What a great machine this is, I instantly started finding silver coins and relics. In May of 2008 I hunted a park close to home finding the usual clad and pull tabs, when I got a quarter/fifty cent reading, thinking it was a quarter, I pinpointed and checked the depth and it read five inches. After digging my plug I reached in the hole and pulled out a silver badge not really thinking anything of it I scanned the hole again and got the same reading so I reached back into the hole and pulled out a silver star that read Boston Police.

I could not believe that I had found a Boston Police Badge, what a great find. After some research I found out that this great find was a second issue badge given out in 1854. This had been so far my best find and I owe it all to a great detector built by White's Electronics.
