I received permission to hunt a yard that belongs to a friend I had not seen in a long time. The house he tells me was built around 1840’s or 50’s. The ground was dry and hard due to the lack of rain.

I didn’t want to mess the yard up too much so I only dug what I thought might be coin type targets. Well I left this yard very happy with my finds. The oldest was an 1830 dime. He told me I could come back and hunt again. I told him I would come back after we got a good soaking rain. I was using the White’s DFX with a 4X6 DD Shooter coil, a great machine for sure.
