My DFX continues to amaze me! I was hunting an old fairgrounds July 4th that has been hunted
heavily to say the least. The day first produced 2 Indian Head Pennies but it appeared that was
going to be it for the day so I headed for the car. On the way to the car I get a nice solid
quarter hit at 6 inches I checked from a different angle since there was a lot of aluminum,
nails and other iron in the general area. Again a solid quarter tone and icon. I decide this was
the end of the day so what did I have to lose. I dug down about 4 inches and out pops an old
rusty nail so I stand up and re-sweep the hole, you guessed it the DFX said Quarter, Quarter,
Quarter so I dug down a couple more inches and there she was! I pulled her out and there was
another nail under her. Notice the rust stains on both sides. Surrounded by nails that had
indeed fooled many detectors before, but not the DFX! White's you have created a great detector
and this coin proves it. I can not wait to get back out!
