Detecting yesterday, I dug a target at about five inches. When I lifted out the plug of dirt at the bottom of the hole sat a 1943-S War nickel right on top of a gold-plated locket. About an hour later I was showing Ron the locket and the war nickel. We noticed that there was something rattling inside the locket. Ron let me borrow his pocket knife to pry open the locket. Inside the locket was a 1939-S Mercury dime! SWEET treasure inside treasure!!
