Dear White’s

 The year 2006 was good for me- I found 18,400 pennies in just over a year, plus close to $13,000 total coins found. I gave the pennies to my club-Central FL Metal Detectors who in turn, turned them over to Kellyco in Winter Springs, FL. who has them on display plus some of my finds. So far this year-August 07’ I have found over 7,000 pennies and $650 in change. Last week I found an 1895 Barber Half Dollar in fine condition 6 1/2” down with my White’s DFX. I just bought a new one this week, I bought my old DFX in 2003 and it has over 5,000 hours of hunting on it. My old DFX is taped together but still works just fine.

Yesterday in an Orlando park I found a 1902 Indian Head Penny just 2” down. I’ve found over 50 rings in the past 2 years, my pride and joy is a 14kt large gold ring with 4 ¾ kt clear diamonds. The ring is valued at more than $3,000 which I sold. I retired 5 years ago from 40 years of law enforcement and enjoy detecting very much. I spend about 6-7 hours 4 days a week detecting and finding great finds. It is good exercise and I use knee pads-I wore out 7 pair of pants before getting smart and getting knee pads…. Thanks for the great machines you make. I have used White’s Metal Detectors since the 1970’s.
