I had purchased my Spectra V3 back in August of 09' after reading reviews and I can honestly say that I believe I will never need another detector. Being a greenhorn to this hobby, as I started detecting in May of this year, I knew I was in for quite a learning curve.

Long story short, I was detecting one of our local parks and I am still the dig everything type. I got a jumpy VDI with a rather large size reading, boy am I happy I dug it. It turned out to be an 1858 Flying Eagle cent wrapped in packaging tape. Unfortunately I threw the tin out with the rest of the trash and dinged the coin with my digger.

I would like to say thanks to White's of Mid-Atlantic and all the good people in the White's metal detecting forum, especially moderator Robert DeolslyFox and Bob at White's and the rest who meet in the chat room for all their advice.

White's has all my business, you guys Rock.
